المستخلص The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of ethical leadership behaviors on the behavior of the silence of employees within organizations by applying to some Egyptian organizations (Electricity Company North East Cairo, Holding Company for drinking water north of Cairo, Petrotrade Petroleum Trading Services North Cairo, Wafa Commercial Bank International Through the previous studies, a descriptive model of the study has been proposed showing the dimensions of ethical leadership and organizational silence.The sample size was (386) individuals (94%) of the total sample size. Through statistical analysis, the following conclusions have been reached: There is an inverse relationship between moral leadership and organizational silence The study also found that there is a negative impact of ethical leadership on organizational silence, in addition to differences between the views of the sample vocabulary for some variables. (job location /nature of the activity), and the existence of agreement between the views of the sample vocabulary of some others such as(gender/age/educational level/ experience/Property style) with regard to ethical leadership, In addition to the differences between the views of the sample vocabulary for some variables (gender/level of education /job location/nature of the activity / Property style),And the existence of an agreement between the views of the sample items for the rest of the variables such as (experience) with regard to organizational silence. |
