Abstract
The present work was carrid out at the tissue culture laboratory,floriculture .ornamental horticulture and garden design departarament,faculty of agriculture,el-shatby,alexandria university, in the period from 2015 to 2018.the objectives of the present study aims: 1-to study the effect of different concentrations of cytokinins on in vitro propagation of cordyline terminals cv. 2-to establish a suitale protocol for callus induction.3-inducing mutant lines with potential traits of cordyline terminalis.
