Abstract
After the great evolution in treatment of periodontal diseases, it is necessary to produce new methods in prediction and line of treatment of periodontal diseases. One of them is to estimate the level of objective measures like inflammatory biomarkers. Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 25 (CCL25) is a chemokine considered as a biomarker for detection of chronic periodontitis according to this research. (CCL25) is considered as a novel biomarker for chronic periodontitis. SRP is enough to decrease the level of (CCL25) in mild to moderate periodontal inflammations.
