Abstract The present study aimed at exploring the effectiveness of using an educational program based on reflective teaching on developing the listening kills for secondary school students and their satisfaction. Thirty students participated in the current study. They were from the second year secondary school in Omar Ebn Elkhatab secondary school for girls in Dashtout, Somosta, Beni Suef. A pre-post test was used to measure the listening skills development and also a satisfaction scale was used to measure the students satisfaction about the educational program used in the current study. The findings revealed that the educational program was effective and the study group gained more about listening skills and there was a development in their posttest listening skills scores.
