Abstract

The experiment was conducted at El-Mahala City, Gharbia Governorate, Egypt, during 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 growing seasons on 12-year-old ”Crimson” seedless grape vines growing in a clay soil, drip irrigated and cultivated at 2 m within rows and 3.5 m between-rows with supporting by Jabil system and receiving normal cultural practices at a commercial vineyard, located. Two hundred and sixteen vines were chosen for this study, almost uniform in growth and vigor and in good physical condition. The experiment was designed as a randomized complete blocks design with three replicates (six vines for each replicate). The studied bud beak substances used as foliar application treatments were as follow; 1- Control (vines sprayed with water only). 2- Flaxseed oil (2.5 %). 3- ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5%). 4- Dormex (2.5%). 5- Flaxseed oil (2.5%) + ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5%). 6- Flaxseed oil (5%). 7- Dormex (5%). 8- Dormex (2.5%) + ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5%). 9- Dormex (2.5%) + Flaxseed oil (2.5 %). 10- Flaxseed oil (5%) + ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5%). 11- Dormex (5%) + ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5%). 12- Dormex (2.5%)+Flaxseed oil (2.5 %)+ZnSO4 (0.5%) + urea (2.5 %).
