Psychological security is an urgent need and an important element of life’s necessities. It has been urged by all religions. ”The need for communion and belonging is one of the most important basic needs that call for satisfaction and push the person to join one or more groups he loves and loves. He finds security, appreciation, And affect the construction of personality and in the formation of value and trends and tendencies. Psychologists have given great importance to the subject of physical and psychological needs. This is reflected in the developmental psychology studies of growth demands and psychological needs. The psychological role plays a key role in achieving a stable psychological state in which the individual feels security, tranquility and balance between his inner powers or between the reconciliation of the individual and the interests of the groupThe human element is one of the most important elements of production for any organization, and it is more important than the other elements. Business organizations include a huge and diverse group of individuals, as are other groups such as consumers, suppliers and customers. Thus, business organizations work for the service of human beings and achieve their goals with their efforts, which are governed by values and rules determined by the latter. The mental health of the worker or employee is one of the most important preoccupations of specialists in occupational health in productive institutions, where the role of the psychologist has increased as a result of the exhausting working conditions imposed by modern technology and the rapid pace of work of tension, stress and professional pressures of various sources
