This study is titled ’’ Egypt’s Relations with Emirates of Islamic Teraz in East Africa , in the era of Mamluk Sultans (1250-1517-648-923). The researcher has been divided this study to an introductory chapter and three main chapters.
The introductory chapter, entitled: Map of the Islamic emirates in East Africa, presented a definition of the Islamic teraz and its relations with Islamic Egypt before the Mamluk era.
In the first chapter dealt with the economic relations between the Emirates of the Islamic teraz and Mamluk Egypt in terms of trade routes between the two parties and their centers and the main commodities. The second chapter was The Religious and Political Relations between Egypt and the Islamic teraz, in terms of the Islamic presence in the emirates, the relationship between the Egyptian Church and the Abyssinian Church, and the exchange between the Sultans of the Mamluks and the kings of Abyssinia.
Finally, the third chapter deals with the cultural relations between Egypt and the Islamic Emirates in terms of the role of the cultural environment in Egypt to attract its population to study in Egypt, the supporting factors in the Islamic teraz seek knowledge, and the cultural situation of the Emirates Islamic style.
Finally, the conclusion was presented to the most important findings of the researcher, the most important of which is the diversity of economic relations between Egypt and the Islamic Emirates, the interrelationship of religious and political relations between the two countries, the great cultural influence on the Islamic model emirates..
The study was based on several basic sources and references in both Arabic and English, and discussed all the above topics through a historical scientific approach.
