Abstract The differential equations are the language in which law of nature. Recently fractional order system of differential equations has proved to be valuable tools to the modeling of many phenomena and started to attract much more attention of Physicists and Mathematicians. On the other hand, the numerical solution of fractional order model of RNA silencing is discussed. Besides, A class of HIV infection models with full logistic proliferation and incorporating RTI-based ART is studied. And, the SIS model is studied. Finally, a delay variable fractional-order model for the co-infection of HIV/AIDS and malaria is studied. |
