Patients took 5 mg of the drug daily for 5 days, starting from day 2 to day 6 of the cycle; each tablet of the drug is 2.5 mg. So, patients took the dose in form of 2 tablets all together after breakfast for three cycles (Elkhateeb etal., 2016).
