Abstract
An algorithm was established to simulate a sensor aboard a ship and was linked to Nomoto mathematical model. A test method was suggested to relatively asset sensor performance under the use of different control scheme (PID, LQR ,LQG). The suggested method was applied through a Vb.net code written as part of the current research.
