المستخلص The aim of this research is to develop the Awareness of Contemporary Jurisprudential among the Post-basic Education Students in Oman by using a program based on the Islamic Low Purposes. This required a theoretical study of researches, studies and literature relevant to the current research topic. To construct a list of contemporary jurisprudence issues among students of post-primary education in the Sultanate of Oman. As well as the preparation of a program based on the purposes of Islamic law to develop those skills of these students. The procedures were presented as follows: Preparation of a list of contemporary jurisprudence issues suitable for students of the twelfth grade of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The preparation of a program based on the Islamic law in the form of a set of lessons from jurisprudence students’ book of 12 the grade in the Sultanate of Oman. Preparation of the teacher’s guide to teach the program based on the objectives of Islamic law for students of the twelfth grade of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher prepared a study to measure contemporary jurisprudential issues for students of the 12th grade of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. select the research group from the 12th grade students and divided it into two groups, one experimental and the other control one. The application of the test of contemporary jurisprudential issues to the control and experimental groups as pretest, then teaching the program based on the Islamic law of the experimental group while the control group is taught by the traditional method, then applying the same test of contemporary jurisprudence issues as a posttest to the control group and experimentation.After the completion of the experiment, the statistical processing of the degrees of tribal and remote application was carried out and a number of results were reached: There is effectiveness for the program based on the Islamic law in the development of awareness of contemporary jurisprudence issues. Finally the research presented a number of recommendations in its findings. |
