Acivilization without management - certain words - confirmed by events, all civilizations that prevailed based on one of the reasons of leadership and administration, and all departments and all civilizations that were destroyed because of the failure of the leadership and management.
Leadership is the main focus of management at all times and places.
”No civilization without management with leadership that carries perfection and quality within its objectives and agendaLeadership is one of the most exciting topics in the world of management. Administrative leadership has become the criterion for the success of any organization. The success or failure of the organization in achieving its objectives is often attributed to its leadership efficiency or inefficiency.The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was described as a leader, with the aim of following him as a leader in any field of life in order to find real success in these areas, as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did according to the Qur’anic guidance: You have in the Messenger of Allah a good example of those who hope for Allah and the Last Day, and mention Allah a lot. ”(Al-Ahzab: 21) The practice is not in one area only, such as prayer or fasting.
Research problem
Successful leadership is a source of success for the organization but failure to use leadership patterns may lead to failure to achieve its desired goals. The problem of this research is how to choose the appropriate leadership styles for each organization and the impact of leadership styles on employee creativity and positive and negative job performance. The appropriate leadership style for each organization needs to examine the organization’s internal conditions in which the leadership and the different staff are employed and their different characteristics because there is no ideal leadership style that can be applied to all organizations.
Research Objectives
1-To identify the leadership patterns prevailing in the SME, and to gauge the extent of their impact on the creativity of the employees and the development of the level of functional performance.
2-Determine the level of creativity among workers in the development of small and medium enterprises.
3-To identify the nature of the relationship between leadership patterns and functional performance and its impact on the creativity of workers in the development of small and medium enterprises.
4-Measuring the level of job performance in the medium, small and micro enterprises development.
5-Test the relationship and impact constituent between the variable leadership styles and the variable of administrative innovation.
6-Stand on the elements and leadership elements that if available in the leader gained the ability to direct subordinates and influence them efficiently.
7-Reach some of the results that promote positive leadership behavior.
8-To make a number of recommendations in this regard, which can contribute to raise leadership efficiency and improve the performance of the institution.
Limits of research
Objective Limitations: The study is limited to studying or examining the impact of the leadership styles of the SME Development Agency on the creativity of workers and their relation to the level of job performance
Spatial boundaries: The study is limited to the main center for the development of micro, small and micro enterprises in Giza Governorate.
