The aim of the study was to identify the concepts and skills required in the proposed technical tasting program for the seventh grade students of the art education course in Kuwait and to reach a proposed vision for a program based on the development of concepts and skills of art appreciation and achievement of the seventh grade students in art education, And to determine the extent of the impact of the program on the level of educational achievement of the course of art education. The study was limited to a random sample of (25) students from the seventh grade students in the State of Kuwait. The study followed the analytical descriptive method when exposed to the aspects associated with the theoretical framework, and the study followed the semi-experimental approach when applying The proposed program. The tools of the study consisted in the design of a measure of art appreciation in a collection of contemporary art paintings that reflect the Kuwaiti heritage based on the scale of Dr. Afaf Ahmed Mohamed Farag (1999), Department of Art Education Sciences - Faculty of Art Education - Helwan University, and design of a statistical test to determine the level of students in the cognitive aspects of the decision Art Education on the subjects of the program.
The study found the following results:
1- The identification of the concepts and skills required in the proposed technical program for the students of the seventh grade of the art education course requires the knowledge of scientific references and literature related to the field in order to know the concepts and practical skills that have been dealt with, and know the steps followed in their implementation, To the initial view of those concepts and skills, and to explore the opinion of experts and specialists in art and art education and teaching curricula on the initial list, and in the light of the previous procedures have been a final list of concepts and skills for the proposed technical program for the student Z Art Education decision.
2. The proposed vision of the program based on the development of the concepts and skills of art appreciation and achievement of the seventh grade students in the decision of art education in the State of Kuwait in determining the educational philosophy on which the program depends, and laying the foundations for building the program, In the light of previous procedures, the overall framework of the program has been defined, which includes: (program content - educational activities - teaching methods and strategies - learning resources - assessment tools). The researcher adopted the organization of the content in the form of study units where the number of units of the program (four units of study), each unit of the program included the following elements: (introduction of the unit - procedural objectives - elements of the content of the study - Educational activities - Methods and strategies of teaching - Learning resources - Evaluation methods - The proposed time for teaching the unit, and to ensure the safety and relevance of the previous elements, and know the extent of the correlation of each element of the researcher presented the proposed program, Of arbitrators and experts in the field of arts, curricula and methods To assess the relevance and suitability of the above elements, and to calculate the average scores of the arbitrators’ views on each element of the modules comprising the program. The proposed amendments were made, the final picture of the program units was obtained and the program was considered appropriate
3 - The program based on the development of concepts and skills of art appreciation and the achievement of the seventh grade students in the effectiveness of great, as this is represented by the following:
A- There is a statistically significant difference between the average grade of the students in the study sample in the achievement test between the tribal and arithmetic applications in favor of the average grade of students in post-application. The achievement test was applied to measure the extent to which students acquired the concepts included in the proposed program units before and after experimentation. The differences between the two applications were then calculated and the significance level reached (0.05).
B - There is a statistically difference between the average scores of students in the study sample in the performance skill between the applications of tribal and barbed in favor of the average grades of students in the application dimension The researcher applied the technical tasting scale to measure the performance of students before the teaching units of the program, After the teaching of the units of the program, the application of the scale during the implementation of the students of the same skills steps contained in those units, and then calculating the differences using the test (T), the skill of preparing designs of elements (point, line, color and skill (drawing and coloring of the circle of colors And the skill of drawing and coloring design circles inspired by the old Kuwaiti heritage, all at the level of significance at (0.05).
