Students with special needs are part of the educational system in universities, and the university tries to provide educational services that enable students with special needs to continue their university education and prepare them for the labor market. This affects positively on society in reducing the load of disability on societyIn light of scientific and technical progress, there have been many rapid changes that have posed great challenges to students with special needs in facing of their psychological, social and academic problems, which emphasizes the need of students with special needs at the university stage to guidance. Education is a human right and a basis for building the individual personality, the strength of any society lies in the quality of education provided to their children. Education is the one that elevates individuals, which leads to the progress of society. Recently, the interest in educating people with special needs since their youth, In order to keep up with the progress of their regular peers, so providing educational services to students with special needs will benefit the entire community.
