Abstract
In this thesis, various samples of pure PbTe, Sb doped PbTe and Sm doped PbTe nanostructures were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 180 °C. Different analytical techniques were used to investigate the crystalline structure, the morphology optical, electrical and thermoelectric properties.
