Abstract
Radiotherapy is the use of exact, carefully measured doses of high energy X-rays to treat diseases. Radiation is painless; it is to treat a wide variety of conditions, but mainly to treat malignant diseases or cancer all over the world. In external beam radiotherapy, doses outside the treated volume is very important when organs at risk (OAR) with very low dose limits are involved.
