Abstract
This study was carried out during 2014 and 2015 seasons, on 9- years old Superior grapevines grown in a private vineyard located at Bany Mazar district, Minia Governorate where the texture of the soil is clay. The selected vines are planted at 2x3 meters apart, using gable supporting method, and trained by cane pruning system leaving 72 buds \ vine All the selected vines received the common and regular horticultrual practices that already applied in the vineyard.
Each treatment was replicated three times, two vines per each. The five plant extracts were sprayed three times at growth start, just after berry setting and at one month later. Randomized complete block design (RC BD) was adopted.
According to the previous results, plant extracts exhibited the best results in maintenance of over quality parameters and promise to get product safe and healthy and could be employed to superior grapevines in organic culture, and under the experimental and resembling regions, one can state that, spraying Superior grapevines three times ( growth start , just after berry setting and at one month later) with garlic or onion oils each at 1% is recommended for improving the yield and its quality.
