Abstract Evidence-based practice has been considered as a critical element to improve the quality of educational services. Aim: Studying factors affecting the implementation of evidence-based practice among academic teaching staff in Nursing Faculties at Port Said and Mansoura Universities. Subject and Methods: A descriptive analytical design used to conduct this study, from November 2016 to April 2017, 180 of the staff were included. Tools of data collection include evidence based practice questionnaire. Results: Majority of staff valued the concept of evidence-based practice for educational service. Study recommended that there is a need for incorporation of evidence-based practice content into nursing curriculum. |
