المستخلص Most of the Third World cities have many rural phenomenon that affect on its urban societies and lead to several problems. The study aims at analyzing the architectural and urban problems, and negative aspects that identify this ruralization. The most important reasons of that phenomena are due to the immigration from the village to the city carrying all rural behaviors without respecting the scale, functions and culture of the city. The methodology of the research depends on descript and analytical methods. Also, the research has used the field scanning to collect information and data base related to the problem to search strategies and alternative solutions of the city ruralization. The structure of the study consists of four sections and concludes with the conclusions and recommendations. Results and recommendations are obtained of from this analysis such as: - The necessary of developing rules and regulations to upgrade city areas and avoid the ruralization using reservation, conservation and preservation concepts of slum areas in egyptian cities. - Maximizing popular participation of NGOs and civil society through plans that control the relationship between Time, Cost and Priorities of that development. - The upgrading of rural societies around the cities to support the controlled and correct relationship between the city and the village. |
