The present study aimed to identify the dimensions of the phenomenon of school violence, its causes, effects, factors, and school years leading to the phenomenon of school violence, besides, the study defined the nature of the action research and its role in the improvement and development of the educational process, and defined also the nature of the technical secondary stage according to its philosophy, reality, problems and organizational dimensions. The study defined the experiences of some countries, and how to use these experiences to address the phenomenon of school violence, and finding procedures and mechanisms with the research team to reduce the phenomenon of school violence in the school of Mallawi secondary agricultural in light of the methodology of Action Research and the experiences of some countries to overcome the school factors leading to school Violence ,The study applied the scale to (300) students from the most violent students in the school of Malawi agricultural secondary, and the Study has used the analytical descriptive method and applied the questionnaire to (888) members of the school community at the school of Malawi agricultural secondary.
The study concluded to a set of the theoretical and field results, among the most important results were: There are statistically differences at a level of significance 0,01 among the mean of ranks of marks among the results of the students in both of the pre- and post-tests along the three years of the study years in developing Arabic Language Skills with a rate 23% Improvement Percentage, there are statistically difference at a level of significance 0.,01 among the mean ranks of marks of the scale in the pre-and post-application for ranks mean of the post application results, As the level of violence has decreased from high to low and very low in all axes of the scale, there are no statistically differences among the two scales ( the post and cascade) for all the individuals of the sample in the axes of the scale ( determination the most violent students- the demonstrations of Violence- Reduction Procedures of the school violence) , and this indicates the steadiness of improvements which happened to the most violent students and lack of the existing demonstrations in school and an attempt to overcome the school violence causes inside school by using the various procedures to reduce from the phenomenon of violence inside school, in addition to using other preventative measures.
