Abstract

The aim of the present study was to compare the degree of post-operative pain and analgesic intake after the use of the following irrigation tips: 29-gauge, 27-mm, end-vented NaviTip® tip or 31-gauge, 27-mm, side-vented irrigator NaviTip® tip in patients with irreversible pulpitis in mandibular posterior teeth after one-visit root canal treatment immediately after and after 4, 12, 24, 48, 72-h and 7 days utilizing a numeric rating scale (NRS).
