Abstract

Healthy female builds healthy communities. Female are considered the key to achieve the concept of ”health for all”. A significant number of them and their families face tremendous barriers in gaining access to health care. Despite the fact that female and men suffer many of the same health problems; however, they can affect female differently. In effect, some diseases or conditions are more common in women, such as osteoporosis, heart disease, cancer, depression, mental health, stroke, and Alzheimer. But female have difficulties in accessing health care especially in rural and remote areas, because of lack of human and financial resources of limited primary health care services. Preventive health screening services are an important to everyone. It involves the use of tests, physical examinations or other procedures to detect disease early in people who look or feel well. Preventive health screening helps find out if female have a particular disease or condition even if she feel perfectly well, without any symptoms and/or signs of disease. Early detection, followed by treatment and good control of the condition can result in better outcomes, and lowers the risk of serious complication.
