Abstract
The Present Study was Conducted to Evaluate the effect of a standardized pRP biomembrane in enhancing healing following endodontic surgery and to correlate the quantity of growth factors in this concentrate with the achieved outcomes. Systemically healthy Patients of both genders between 20and 45 years of age presented with 22 anterior or premolar teeth in need of endodontic surgery participated in our study.teeth selected had a previous failing non surgical root canal retreatment presence of a periapical radiolucency <1cm in size.Patients were randomly divided following surgery into two groups
