Abstract
This study aims to:
1- To generate IPS cells to be used as a treatment modality for induced salivary gland cancer in experimental rats.
2- To examine IPS cells as a treatment modality that restore salivary gland function by:
a- Detection of RNA concentration (COX-1, COX-2 & amylase)
b- The quantification of acinar cells.
