The great scientific progress, which is witnessed recently, offers strong challenges for those scholars specialized in the different fields of knowledge, especially physical education. Using this kind of progress in sports is based on changing one’s behavior so as to be able to learn, which is one of the most important features leading to progress. This is because it already helps bringing up the new generations in accordance with the modern and developed scientific bases. As a matter of fact, man’s exposure to different situations enables him to get acquainted with new behavioral techniques that can help him adapt to the requirements of life, because body and movement represent the source of connection with the self and community. In this regard, playing will remain the normal technique for the students’ self-education and achieving the desired the educational and social goals. Based on this, we should pay great attention to “playing”, to offer our long experience to learners so as to meet their requirements, motivate them and take their different desires into account. Also, entertainment has become an integrated part of the society since it plays a vital role in developing a number of the physical, health and educational features for all the society’s members. That is why it is necessary for the entertainment educational units to shed light on these schools.(2:29)
Essam El-Din Metwally (2007) indicates that the process of teaching is a series of procedures, arrangements and actions organized by the teacher start planning until the beginning of the implementation of teaching and contribute pupils in theory and scientifically to achieve learning, and the task of teaching needs to use how to use And the methods that the student helps to learn and the task of teaching is to use methods and methods to help students to learn, the students to bring many experiences through the selected activities (12:15)
Rasha Wali (2007) states that all games are aimed at acquiring a child who is active in sports activity and useful social skills and abilities, both in play and in public life. These games develop the child’s ability to interact socially, such as cooperation, self-denial and helping others. (9: 4)
Research problem:
The researcher noticed through his frequent visits to girls’ schools that are affiliated with the system of community education that this type of schools did not receive enough study in proportion to what the educational system receives in the regular schools. The scientific studies are directed towards their interest in sports. His work as a teacher of sports education in a public school for the primary stage the leakage of pupils and the weakness of motivation, which affects the educational process and low level of learning And the low level of learning in addition to that the student at this age requires activities and games kinetic help to discharge the excess energy and hence came the idea of research is to try to solve this problem using a modern method commensurate with the requirements of this age and to know the extent of their impact through the preparation of educational units recreational To develop some of the basic motor skills and development of the emotional aspect to follow-up girls friendly schools and dealing with these students and talking with the teachers of these schools turned out that there are no curricula and programs of sport education for this type of schools In presenting the idea to experts in the field of physical education, they proposed the preparation of recreational educational units for these schools in order to attract students who DROP out of education and stimulate their motivation towards the process of education and sports practice in the right manner, and the development of some basic motor skills, through recreational units and small games that are characterized by simplicity and diversity, Which brings them joy and pleasure and fun and upgrading the level of schools of community education and this prompted the researcher to this research experience in this area, the researcher has read many scientific references specialized in ways Teaching Physical Education Essam El-Din Metwally (2007) (12), and Al-Waleed Al-Tikriti (2012) (33) It was therefore necessary to provide recreational educational units to these schools, in order to highlight them.
the researcher finds The Importance of Research in the following:
1- It features the modernity and adopts a new approach in teaching some basic motor skills.
2- It is considered a guideline for small games that feature simplicity and diversity.
3- It stands as a reference for teachers in the field of physical education.
4- It is one of the ways of scaling up the level of community education schools and eliminating the phenomenon of pupils’ dropout.
Research aims:
This research aims at developing recreational educational units and knowing their impact on the pupils’ dropout of girls’ friend schools in Beni-Suef governorate, through the following:
1- Developing the level of some basic motor skills (walking - jogging - Leaping - jumping) for pupils of class 1 in girls’ friend schools In Beni-Suef.
2- Developing the emotional aspect of pupils of class 1 in girls’ friend schools In Beni-Suef.
Hypotheses:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the average prior and post measurements in the performance of some basic motor skills (walking - jogging - Leaping - jumping) for the persons in the sample under review in favor of post measurements.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the average prior and post measurements in developing the emotional aspect of the pupils in the sample under review.
Term:
Recreational Educational Units:
Organized scientific design for a range of recreational activities to be taught in a specific period of time aimed at introducing pleasure and joy to the learners, in addition to developing some motor skills, emotional values and mathematical knowledge under the supervision of the teacher or sports educator. (procedural)
School Dropout:
It is when students flee from schools and refrain to attend them regularly or violate the school’s regulations and laws This phenomenon is common among the pupils aged between(6-17) .(1:272)
Girls’ Friendly School:
These are the schools which follow the community education system developed for pupils aged between (6:14) who did not attend primary schools or have dropped out form them, especially the girls and the children in poor and rural areas.(5:40)
Procedures of the research:
Methodology of the Research:
The researcher adopts the Empirical approach as it suits the nature of the research. In addition, the researcher uses the experimental design through the prior and post measurement of an experimental group.
Research population and sample:
Research population:
The research population includes 32 pupils (between 6:9 in age) of Mustafa Farraj Primary School (Girls Friend School) which affiliate to Nasser Educational Directorate, Beni-Suef Governorate.
Research Sample:
The sample of the research has been chosen in a non-random way from the population- pool. The sample includes (15) student representing (46.87%) of the total population.
Methods of data collection
The present study adopts the following methods of data collection:
1- A questionnaire for defining the tests which are most suitable for the research sample. The best physical tests for measuring the basic motor skills are chosen as per Appendix (4).
2- A questionnaire for measuring the emotional aspect of the research sample which is relevant to the recreational educational units as per Appendix (9).
Conclusions and Recommendations:
First: Conclusions
In light of the research’s objectives, hypotheses and procedures and the statistical processing, the researcher makes the following conclusions:
1– Recreational educational units shell be established and their impact on the
pupils’ dropping out of the girls’ friend schools in Bani Suef Governorate is to
be investigated.
2– The recreational educational units have a positive impact on the development
of the performance of some of the basic motor skills of the research sample. to
the following parameters (walking - jogging - leaping - jumping).
3– The recreational educational units have a positive impact on the emotional
aspect of the research sample.
Secondly: Recommendations
In light of the findings and conclusions of this study, the researcher recommends that:
1– The recreational educational units revitalized in schools as they have proven
positive impact To reduce the phenomenon of leakage of students of this stage.
2– More researches on establishing recreational educational units for other
educational stages and other skills at schools shall be conducted.
3– Supervisors from the Faculty of Physical Education shall supervise the girls’
friend schools.
4– Due cultural awareness of the recreational educational units shall be paid as
they have great positive impact on the younger generations.
