أولا: مشكلة الدراسة
تعتبر مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من المهن التى تتعامل مع هذه الفئة بطرقها الثلاثة المتمثلة فى خدمة الفرد والجماعة وتنظيم المجتمع بما تحويه من معارف نظرية وعملية واستراتيجيات وتكنيكات تمكنها من التعامل مع هذه الفئة من الأطفال الأيتام وأيضا تمتد جهودها حتى تتكامل مع المهن الأخرى الموجودة فى المجتمع لتنمية القيم لديهم، وطريقة العمل مع الجماعات بصفة خاصة كإحدى طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية يمكن أن تلعب دورا هاما فى تنمية القيم للأطفال الأيتام من خلال توجيه هذه الجماعات عن طريق أخصائيين اجتماعيين يساعدون الأفراد على تعديل القيم السلبية وإكسابهم القيم الإيجابية وتنمية القيم المقبولة اجتماعيا والتى لها دور فعال فى إحداث التغيير المرغوب.
والأخصائى الاجتماعى هو الشخص المهنى المؤهل والمدرب على كيفية الاتصال والتعامل مع الأطفال الأيتام داخل مؤسسات الأيتام، والأخصائى الاجتماعى باعتباره أحد الأركان الأساسية لطريقة العمل مع الجماعات فان نجاح عملية المساعدة وتحسين أدائه المهنى يتوقف على مدى فهمه للمعارف النظرية والعلمية من مهارات واستراتيجيات ونظريات وتكنيكات عند تطبيقها عند التعامل مع الأطفال الأيتام فى ظل الظروف الاجتماعية الحديثة ومواكبة التطورات التى تطرأعلى المجتمع.
ولتحسين وزيادة فاعلية الأداء المهنى للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين للعمل مع جماعات الأطفال الأيتام لا بد من توافر برامج تدريبية لهؤلاء الأخصائيين، حيث تعتبر البرامج التدريبية إحدى الدعائم الأساسية لتنمية الموارد البشرية فى القطاعات المختلفة فهو ليس هدفا فى حد ذاته بل هو وسيلة لتحقيق هدف أو أهداف محددة، حيث أن تصميم البرامج التدريبية الفعالة لا يتم إلا فى تقدير علمى لتنمية القيم الفعلية للمشاركين فى هذه البرامج وهم ” الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات الأطفال الأيتام”
لذلك قامت الباحثة بإجراء هذه الدراسة للوقوف على دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام والتى شأنها أن تمكن هؤلاء الأخصائيين من القيام بعملهم وتزويد وصقل معارفهم ومهاراتهم وخبراتهم حتى يتم تفعيل برامج العمل معهم.
ثانيا: أهمية الدراسة:
تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من خلال ما يلى:
⦁ تعد مرحلة الطفولة من أهم المراحل العمرية التى يجب أن تحظى باهتمام جميع الدول والشعوب وكافة المسئولين فى المجتمع لأنها تمثل قوة المجتمع ودلالة تقدمه ورقيه وقطاع الطفولة يعتبر الجيل الذى سيقع على عاتقه تحمل المسئولية فى المستقبل. وهم بالتالى القادرين على إحداث عملية التغير المجتمعى.
⦁ أن فئة الأطفال وخاصة الأطفال الأيتام من أكثر الفئات التى تحتاج إلى تدعيم القيم لهم ودراستها من جميع الجوانب.
⦁ تسهم تنمية القيم للأطفال الأيتام فى علاج أوجه القصور فى التنشئة الاجتماعية لديهم وفى إعادة تأهيل ودمج هؤلاء الأطفال فى المجتمع وجعلهم مواطنين صالحين.
⦁ اهتمام الدولة بالتنمية البشرية لما لها من دور إيجابى على عملية التنمية الشاملة، حيث أن بناء الشخصية وتكوينها هو المحرك الأساسى لعملية التنمية.
⦁ اهتمام مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بالعمل على تنمية وبناء قدرات الأطفال الأيتام، وزيادة قدراتهم على آداء وظائفهم فى جميع المجالات كأحد الأهداف الوقائية للخدمة الاجتماعية.
⦁ تعتبر طريقة خدمة الجماعة من أهم الطرق التى تعمل مع الأطفال الأيتام فى جماعات والأطفال الأيتام هنا محل الدراسة الحالية.
⦁ أهمية الأخصائى الإجتماعى فى المؤسسات الإيوائية ودوره مع الأيتام، مما يتطلب أهمية الدراسة العلمية لدور الأخصائى الإجتماعى لتنمية القيم مع الأيتام وغرس هذه القيم فى الأطفال الأيتام.
⦁ أهمية المؤسسات الإيوائية فى المجتمع من حيث إنها بديلة عن الأسرة فى تنشئة الأطفال فى ظروف معينة، ولا يتم ذلك إلا من خلال فريق متكامل يمثل الأخصائى الإجتماعى أحد أعضائه لتقديم الرعاية المتكاملة للأطفال الأيتام بالمؤسسات.
ثالثا: أهداف الدراسة:
تسعي هذه الدراسة إلي تحقيق الهدف الدراسي التالي:
”تحديد دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام ”
وتتمثل هذه القيم فى الآتى:
⦁ قيمة المشاركة فى تحمل المسؤلية لدى جماعات الاطفال الأيتام.
⦁ قيمة المواطنة لدى جماعات الاطفال الأيتام.
⦁ التعرف على البرامج التى تقدم لجماعات الأطفال الأيتام ويمكن أن تساعد فى تنمية القيم.
⦁ التعرف على الدور الفعلى لأخصائي الجماعة لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الاطفال الأيتام.
⦁ التعرف على الأساليب والتكنيكات التى يستخدمها الأخصائى لتنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام.
⦁ التعرف على الصعوبات التى تعوق دور أخصائي الجماعة وتحول دون تنميةالقيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام.
⦁ التعرف على المقترحات التي تساعد أخصائي الجماعة للتغلب علي الصعوبات التي تعوق دوره لتنمية القيم لدي جماعات الاطفال الايتام.
⦁ التوصل إلى تصور مقترح من منظور خدمة الجماعة لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلي الإجابة علي التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:

⦁ ما الأساليب والتكنيكات التى يستخدمها الأخصائى لتنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام؟
⦁ ما الدور الفعلى لأخصائى الجماعة والذى يساهم فى تنمية القيم لدى جماعات الاطفال الأيتام؟
⦁ ما الصعوبات التى تعوق أخصائي الجماعة وتحول دون تنمية القيم لدى جماعات الاطفال الأيتام؟
⦁ ما المقترحات التى تساعد أخصائى الجماعة للتغلب على الصعوبات التى تعوق دوره لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام؟
خامسا: مفاهيم الدراسة:
تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على مجموعة من المفاهيم والتي من أهمها:
⦁ مفهوم دور الأخصائى الإجتماعى.
⦁ مفهوم تنمية القيم.
⦁ مفهوم الطفل اليتيم.
سادسا: الاجراءات المنهجية:
أولا: نوع الدراسة:
انطلاقا من مشكلة الدراسة واتساقا مع أهدافها تنتمى الدراسة الراهنة إلى الدراسات الوصفية باعتبارها من أنسب الدراسات ملائمة لموضوع الدراسة حيث إنها تستهدف تحديد دور الأخصائى الاجتماعى لتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام.
ثانيا: المنهج المستخدم:
المسح الاجتماعى الشامل للأخصائين الاجتماعين العاملين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية بمحافظة أسيوط وللأطفال الأيتام بالمؤسسات الإيوائية بمحافظة أسيوط وهما (دار الصفا للفتيات، دار الحنان للبنين، الشيماء للبنين والبنات، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنين، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنات، لليان تراشر للبنين والبنات).
أدوات الدراسة:
قامت الباحثة باستخدام أداتين من أدوات البحث العلمى وهما:
- استمارة استبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية وهما (دار الصفا للفتيات، دار الحنان للبنين، الشيماء للبنين والبنات، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنين، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنات، لليان تراشر للبنين والبنات)
- استمارة استبار للأطفال الأيتام بالمؤسسات الإيوائية وهما (دار الصفا للفتيات، دار الحنان للبنين، الشيماء للبنين والبنات، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنين، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنات، لليان تراشر للبنين والبنات)

ب) المجال المكانى: تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على جميع المؤسسات الإيوائية للأطفال الأيتام داخل محافظة أسيوط وعددهم (6) مؤسسات وهى كالآتى:
( دار الصفا للفتيات، دار الحنان للبنين، الشيماء للبنين والبنات، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنين، ثمرة الإيمان القبطية للبنات، لليان تراشر للبنين والبنات).
ج) المجال الزمنى:
وهى الفترة التى استغرقتها الباحثة فى جمع البيانات واستخلاص النتائج من 21/ 1/ 2018م إلى 5/ 3/ 2018م
سابعا: نتائج الدراسة:
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتى أجابت على تساؤلات الدراسة وهى كالتالى:
1- نتائج التساؤل الخاص بتنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام بمؤسسات الأيتام:
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم دور للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في تنمية قيمة المشاركة في تحمل المسئولية لدي الأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- مساعدة الأطفال فى تكوين شخصيتهم من خلال العلاقات الاجتماعية عن طريق زيارتهم للمؤسسات الأخرى.
- العمل على معرفة مشكلاتهم لمساعدتهم على حلها.
- مساعدة الأطفال على مشاركة بعضهم البعض فى ترتيب غرف النوم بالمؤسسة.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم الأعمال التي يقوم بها الأخصائي في تنمية قيم المشاركة في تحمل المسئولية للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- يساعدنى مع زملائى على حل المشكلات التى تواجهنا.
- يعمل على معرفة مشكلاتى لمساعدتى على حلها.
- يساعدنى على تكوين العلاقات الاجتماعية من خلال تعاونى مع الآخرين.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم دور للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في تنمية قيمة المواطنة لدي الأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تشجيع الأطفال على الإحتفال بالمناسبات القومية التى تزيد من حبهم للوطن.
- مساعدة الأطفال على تحديد البرامج التى تشبع احتياجاتهم لتنمية قيمة المواطنة.
- تحفيز الأطفال على معرفة تاريخ بلادهم مما يزيد من ولائهم للوطن.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم الأعمال التي يقوم بها الأخصائي في تنمية قيم المواطنة للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- يهتم بأن نسمع الأغانى الوطنية بصفة مستمرة.
- يساعدنى على الالتزام بواجباتى.
- يشجعنى على الإحتفال بالمناسبات القومية التى تزيد من حبى للوطن.
2- نتائج التساؤل الخاص بالبرامج التى تمارس فى المؤسسة وتسعى لتنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام:
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الاجتماعية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تساعد معسكرات خدمة البيئة فى ربط الطفل اليتيم بالمؤسسة.
- استخدام لعب الدور مع الأطفال يساعد على تنمية القيم لديهم.
- القيام برحلات للأماكن التاريخية بالمجتمع تربط الطفل بمجتمعه.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الاجتماعية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- إقامة رحلات ترفيهية لأماكن مختلفة تساعد على تنمية المشاركة.
-إقامة حفلات للأبناء الناجحين.
- تنظيم مناقشات جماعية تساعد على الوصول إلى حل المشكلات.

- تقوم بتعليم الطفل اليتيم آداب السلوك مع الآخرين من خلال عرض النماذج الصالحة.
- عرض قصص الأبطال ينمى القدوة الحسنة لدى الأطفال الأيتام.
- تساعد البرامج الثقافية على اكتساب معلومات عن القيم الايجابية التى يجب أن يلتزم بها الأطفال.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الثقافية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تنظيم مسابقات ثقافية لتنمية القدرات العقلية من خلال تبادل المعلومات.
- إستثمار وقت الفراغ بأسلوب علمى مفيد من خلال المسابقات الثقافية المختلفة.
- تعديل السلوكيات السلبية إلى سلوكيات إيجابية من خلال سرد قصص المصلحين.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الرياضية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تشجيع الفريق الوطنى فى المباريات الدولية يساعد فى تنمية الولاء للوطن.
- إشتراك الأطفال فى المباريات الرياضية يساعد على تحمل المسؤلية.
- عرض مجلات الحائط لنماذج الرياضين ذو الأخلاق الحميدة تساعد على تنمية القيم.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الرياضية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تشجيع الفريق الوطنى فى المباريات الدولية يساعد فى تنمية الولاء للوطن.
- عمل مسابقات جرى لأطفال المؤسسة مع أطفال مؤسسة آخرى مما ينمى قيمة المشاركة.
- مشاركة الأطفال في مسابقات الشطرنج لتنمية ذكائهم.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الفنية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- المشاركة فى الأعمال المسرحية التى ترتبط بالقادة الشعبيين تنمى المواطنة لدى الطفل اليتيم.
- عرض تمثيليات هدفها غرس القيم الإيجابية لدى الطفل اليتيم.
- المشاركة فى مسابقات الرسم المرتبطة بالمعالم الأثرية تساهم فى تنمية قيمة المواطنة.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الفنية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- مساعدة الأطفال على استخدام الآلات الموسيقية لتنمية قيمة المشاركة.
- تشجيع الأطفال على الإشتراك فى المسابقات الغنائية ينمى قيمة التعاون.
- تحفيز الأطفال على الإشتراك فى مسابقات الرسم يساعد فى تنمية المشاركة.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم البرامج الدينية التى تقدمها مؤسسة الأيتام للأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى تبعا للترتيب الاحصائى لها كانت كالتالى:
- تنمية الوازع الدينى لدى الطفل اليتيم ينمى قيمة المواطنة لديه.
- سرد القصص الدينية التى ترتبط بالقدوة الحسنة تساهم فى تنمية المواطنة لدى الأطفال الأيتام.
- المسابقات الدينية تساعد الأطفال الأيتام على المشاركة مع بعضهم البعض.

- تنظيم مسابقات دينية تساعد على التعاون من خلال تكوين فريق للمتسابقين.
3- نتائج التساؤل الخاص بالصعوبات التى تعوق دور أخصائى الجماعة فى تنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام:
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم الصعوبات التي تعوق دور أخصائى الجماعة في تنمية القيم لدى جماعات الأطفال الأيتام وكانت كالتالى:
- صعوبات ترجع للعضو (الطفل اليتيم) وتعوق دوره فى تنمية القيم من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى:
- عزوف العضو عن المشاركة فى وضع وتنفيذ البرامج.
- عدم اتباع الطفل للوائح المنظمة للعمل فى المؤسسة.
- الهروب المتكرر للأطفال من المؤسسة.
- صعوبات راجعة للعضو (الطفل اليتيم) من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام:
- العزوف عن المشاركة فى تنفيذ البرنامج.
- الرغبة فى التميز يقلل من فرص تعاونى مع الآخرين.
- الهروب المتكرر من المؤسسة بسبب كراهيتى لتنفيذ التعليمات.
- صعوبات ترجع للبرنامج وتعوق دور الأخصائى فى تنمية القيم من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى:
- عدم وجود ميزانية لتنفيذ برامج الأطفال الأيتام.
- عدم اشباع البرنامج لحاجات الأطفال مما يشعرهم بالملل.
- برامج البرنامج غير متنوعة مما يقلل من فرص التعاون بين الأعضاء.
- صعوبات راجعة للبرنامج من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام:
- عدم المشاركة الفعالة فى تنوع برامج البرنامج مما يقلل من فرص التعاون بين الأعضاء.
- عدم مشاركة الأطفال فى البرامج لأنها غيرمناسبة لإحتياجاتهم.
- عدم المشاركة الفعالة للأعضاء فى وضع وتصميم البرنامج.
- صعوبات ترجع للمؤسسة وتعوق دورالأخصائى فى تنمية القيم من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى:
-عدم الأهتمام بتنمية خبرات القائمين فى مؤسسات الأيتام.
- قلة الإمكانيات المادية بالمؤسسة واللازمة لقيام الأخصائى بدوره.
- قلة الجهاز الوظيفى بمؤسسة الأيتام.
- صعوبات راجعة للمؤسسة من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام:
- عدم تنوع البرامج بالمؤسسة.
- قلة الأماكن المجهزة التى تساعد فى تنفيذ البرامج مما يعوق تنمية القيم.
- سوء معاملة الأخصائى الاجتماعى لنا.
- صعوبات ترجع للمجتمع وتعوق دور الأخصائى فى تنمية القيم من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى:
- ضعف اهتمام دور وسائل الإعلام بالقضايا التى تخص الأطفال الأيتام لتنمية قيمهم.
- عدم توافر التعاون بين المؤسسات العاملة فى مجال رعاية الأطفال الأيتام.
- عدم توافر الجهود التطوعية للأهالى فى دعم المؤسسات التى ترعى الأطفال الأيتام بالمؤسسات الإيوائية.
- صعوبات راجعة للمجتمع من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام:
- عدم اهتمام التلفاز بتنمية القيم التى تخص الأطفال الأيتام.
- عدم إدماج الأطفال الأيتام فى المجتمع.
- عدم إقامة علاقات إجتماعية مع الأطفال الأيتام فى المؤسسات الأخرى.

حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم المقترحاتلمواجهة الصعوبات التى تعوق دور الأخصائى فى تنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأخصائى الإجتماعى وكانت كالتالى:
- مساعدة الأطفال الأيتـام على التخلص من المشاعر السلبية من خلال استثمار طاقاته فى البرامج المختلفـة.
- إكساب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين المهارات اللازمة للعمل فى مجال الأطفال الأيتام أثناء دراستهم بالمعاهد والكليـات.
- إكساب الأطفال الأيتام السلوكيات الإيجابية من خلال البرامـج المختلفـة.
حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهم المقترحات لمواجهة الصعوبات التى تعوق دور الأخصائى فى تنمية القيم لدى الأطفال الأيتام من وجهة نظر الأطفال الأيتام وكانت كالتالى:
- زيادة الإمكانات المادية للمؤسسة.
- زيادة الخدمات المقدمة من جانب المؤسسة.
- الاهتمام بالسلوكيات الإيجابية لدي الأطفال.

The profession of social work is one of the professions that deals with this category in its three methods: serving the social case work individual and the social group work and organizing the society with its theoretical and practical knowledge and its strategies and techniques that enable it to deal with this category of orphans and also extends its efforts to integrate with other professions in society to develop values , and the method it works with groups in particular as one of the methods of social work that can play an important role in the development of values for orphaned children by directing these groups through social workers who help individuals to modify negative values and impart values to them and the development of socially acceptable values that have an effective role in bringing about the desired change. The social worker is professional, qualified and trained on how to contact and deal with orphaned children within orphanages, and the social worker is one of the cornerstones of working with groups. The success of the assistance process and the improvement of its professional performance depend on its understanding of theoretical and scientific knowledge of skills, strategies, theories and techniques when applied Orphan children in the context of modern social conditions and keep abreast of developments in society. In order to improve and increase the effectiveness of the professional performance of social workers to work with orphaned children groups, training programs are needed for these social workers . Training programs are one of the basic pillars of human resource development in different sectors. It is not an end in itself but a means to achieve a specific goal or objectives.
That the design of effective training programs is done only in a scientific assessment of the development of the actual values of participants in these programs are ”social workers working with orphaned child groups” Therefore, the researcher conducted this study to find out the role of the social worker to develop values among the orphaned children groups, which will enable these social workers to carry out their work and provide and refine their knowledge, skills and experiences until the work programs are activated with them.
Second: The importance of the study:
This study derives its importance from the following:
1. Childhood is one of the most important stages of life, which should be of interest to all countries, peoples and all officials in society because it represents the strength of society and the significance of its progress and the children’s sector is the generation that will take responsibility in the future. They are therefore capable of bringing about a process of societal change.
2. The category of children, especially orphans, is one of the most important categories that need to be strengthened and studied in all aspects.
3. The development of values for orphaned children contributes to the treatment of the shortcomings of their social upbringing and in the rehabilitation and integration of these children into society and making them good citizens.
4. The attention of the state to human development because of its positive role in the process of comprehensive development, since the construction of personality and composition is the main engine of the development process.
5. The importance of the social worker in the housing institutions and his role with orphans, which requires the importance of scientific study of the role of social worker to develop values with orphans and instilling these values in orphan children.
6. The importance of housing institutions in society which are considered an alternative to the family in the upbringing of children in certain circumstances, and this is only through an integrated team in which the social worker represents one of its members to provide integrated care for orphaned children in institutions.
Third: Study Objectives:
This study aims to achieve the following study objective: ”Determining the role of social worker to develop values among orphans groups” These values are as follows:
1- The value of participating in the responsibility of the orphaned children groups.
2- The value of citizenship in orphaned children groups.
3 - Identify the activities provided to orphaned children groups that can help in the development of values.
4- Identifying the actual role of social workers in developing values among orphaned children groups.
5 - Identify the methods and techniques used by the social worker to develop values in orphan children.
6 - Identify the difficulties that hinder the role of the social worker and prevent the development of values among orphan children.
7 - Identify the proposals that help the social worker to overcome the difficulties that hinder the role of the development of values among orphaned children groups.
8. To reach a proposed conception according to social work perspective for the development of values among orphaned children groups.

This study seeks to answer the following main question: What is the role of social worker to develop values among orphaned children groups?

5. What are the difficulties that impede the social workers and prevent the development of values among orphaned children groups?
6. What proposals will help the social worker to overcome difficulties that hinder his role to develop values among orphaned children?

The present study is based on a set of concepts, the most important of them are:
1 - the concept of the role of social worker.
2 - The concept of development of values.
3. The concept of an orphan child.

First: The type of the study:
Based on the study problem and in line with its objectives, the present study belongs to the descriptive studies as one of the most suitable studies that is suitable for the subject of the study as it aims to determine the role of the social worker to develop values among the orphaned children groups.

Comprehensive Social survey of the social workers working at the housing institutions ,Assiut Governorate and the orphan children in the housing institutions ,Assiut Governorate (Dar Al Safa for Girls, Dar Al Hanan for boys, Al Shaimaa for boys and girls, Coptic Thamaret Al –Eman for Boys(

⦁ A questionnaire form for social workers in the housing institutions(Dar Al Safa for Girls, Dar Al Hanan for Boys, Al Shaimaa for Boys and Girls, Coptic Thamaret Al –Eman for Boys, Coptic Thamaret Al –Eman for Girls, Lilian Tracher for Boys and Girls)

⦁ Helping children shape their personality through social relationships by visiting other institutions.
⦁ Work out their problems to help them solve them.
⦁ Helping children share each other in the organization’s bedroom arrangement.
Asthe results of the study showed the most important work carried out by the specialist in the development of the values of participation in the responsibility of children orphaned from the orphan children points of view according to the statistical arrangement as follows:
⦁ Helps me and my colleagues solve the problems we face.
⦁ He knows my problems to help me solve them.
⦁ Helps me to form social relationships through cooperation with others.

⦁ Conducting concerts for successful children.
⦁ Organizing group discussions that help solve problems.

⦁ Teaching the orphan child etiquette with others by presenting valid forms.
⦁ Showing the stories of the heroes develop a good example of children orphans.

⦁ Encouraging children to participate in music competitions that value cooperation.
⦁ Encouraging children to participate in drawing competitions helps in the development of participation.
As the results of the study showed the most important religious activities provided by the Orphans Foundation for orphan children from the social worker points of view according to the statistical arrangement as follows:
⦁ Developing the religious sense of the orphan child develops the value of citizenship.
⦁ The narration of religious stories linked to the role model contributes to the development of citizenship among orphaned children.
⦁ Religious competitions help orphaned children to share with each other
As the results of the study showed the most important religious activities provided by the Orphans Foundation for orphan children from the orphan children points of view according to the statistical arrangement as follows:
⦁ Performing religious rituals in a community that promotes the value of participating in the establishment of collective religious works.
⦁ Conducting seminars on religious ceremonies at a weighted average.
⦁ Organizing religious competitions that help to cooperate through the formation of a team of contestants
3- The results of the questions reloted to the difficulte which hender the role of the group social worker in developing the values for the groups of orphans children:
As the results of the study showed the most important difficulties that hinder the role of the specialist community in the development of values among groups of children orphans and as follows
⦁ Difficulties due to the member (orphan child) and hinder his role in the development of values according to the social worker points of view:
⦁ The reluctance of the member to participate in the development and implementation of programs.
⦁ The child does not follow the regulations of the organization to work in the institution.
⦁ Frequent flight of children from the institution
⦁ Difficulties for the child (orphan from the child orphan points of view):
⦁ Refusal to participate in the implementation of the program.
⦁ Desire to excel reduces opportunities for cooperation with others.
⦁ Repeated escape from the institution because of my compulsion to implement the instructions.
⦁ Difficulties due to the program and impeding the role of the specialist in the development of values according to the social worker points of view:
⦁ There is no budget for implementing orphan programs.
⦁ The program does not satisfy the needs of children, which makes them bored.
⦁ The activities of the program are not varied, thus reducing opportunities for cooperation among members
Program difficulties:
Lack of active participation in the diversity of the activities of the program, which reduces opportunities for cooperation among members.
Children are not involved in activities because they are inappropriate for their needs.
Lack of active participation of members in the design and design of the program.

⦁ Providing social workers with the necessary skills to work in the field of orphaned children during their studies in institutes and colleges.
⦁ Providing children with positive behaviors through different programs
As the results of the study showed the most important proposals to address the difficulties that impede the role of the specialist in the development of values among orphan children from the child orphan points of view as follows:
⦁ Increasing the material potential of the institution.
⦁ Increasing services provided by the Foundation.
