Abstract
A field experiment was carried out to investigate the
interactive effect of salinity (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 mM
NaCl) and salicylic acid (0.5 mM) treatments on growth and some
physiological aspects of moringa plants. In vitro and ex vitro grown
plant materials were used to study the best conditions for moringa
micropropagation. Molecular analysis was used to determine the
effect of anti-ethylene compounds during log-term culture on
hyperhydricity phenomenon in moringa.
