This study deals with the analysis and evaluation of educational services pre-university in the northern region of the western mountain province - Libya - a study in geography services and by focusing on the study and analysis of basic education and post secondary education services at the regional level zones and geographical distribution, and geographic factors affecting the distribution, This study also aims to identify the geographical factors affecting the educational services in the Region, and to know the geographical distribution of educational services, and the study of the size and density of educational services in the Region, and to identify future needs for educational services province of the study until 2025, This study includes five main chapters, followed by an introduction and a conclusion expire as follows, It has been through provided to clarify the study objectives and study problem and hypotheses, as well as the methodology followed in which the importance of the study, and sources collect study data, and a brief account of the studies subsidiaries, and to clarify the research departments have also been definition province of study except to illustrate the natural features of the territory of the geographical location and appearance topography, climate and its components, water resources and soil.
