Crocin-treated group (group ΙV) : Rats will be received cadmium chloride as in group ΙΙ, then they will be treated with crocin as in group ΙΙΙ. At the end of the experiment, the animals will be deeply anesthetized by diethyl ether, then the animals will be sacrificed by cervical decapitation. The collected blood samples will be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes in order to obtain the serum.
