Abstract The study aimed to identify the mutual impact of new direct acting antiviral regimens and extrahepatic manifestations of HCV (skin, thyroid and joint manifestations mainly) in patients with chronic HCV infection. Thorough clinical history. - Carful clinical evaluation. - Laboratory investigations: complete blood count, liver function tests ,renal function tests ,prothrombin time and concentration,PCR (before ,during ,after treatment ) ,AFP , ANA, total and direct bilirubin,TSH ,viral markers and random blood sugar . Other laboratory investigations were done for patients with extrahepatic manifestations: -Anti CCP antibodies and RF for patients have joint manifestations. -TSH after treatment and free T3, T4 before and after treatment for patients had thyroid dysfunction |
