Abstract
One field in vivo and one in vitro experiments were carried out during the years of 2013, 2014 and 2015 in the Flowers and Ornamental Plants Research Gardens and in the Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, (El- Shatby), University of Alexandria, Egypt.
