The issue of the advancement of rural society and its development to a level that makes it compatible with the urban society is a national issue and a great matter because of the situation of the urban society itself the direction of the rural society of problems in light of the extreme bias in the distribution of government services and its concentration and speaks the first chapter on the conceptual framework of the study and addresses first: Methodological procedures for the study and then the concepts and theories of the study.
