Abstract
The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of
working length determination using apex locator in comparison to
digital radiography on post-operative pain after endodontic
instrumentation and obturation reflected as postoperative pain
scores & the number of days needed for complete disappearance of
pain, Also the number of analgesic tablets needed to be taken by
patients with Asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis due to carious
exposures or normal pulp treated for prosthetic reasons.
