Abstract
We summarized our study as we investigated 100 cases classified in to two groups according to US & MAG-3 renogram results A) Obstructed group (59 cases): Mean length of affected kidneys at presentation was (11.16 cm) with standard deviation (+ 2.78), mean width was (4.95 cm) with standard deviation (+ 1.60), mean parenchymal thickness was (0.6 cm) with standard deviation (+ 0.2), mean anteroposterior diameter was (4.6 cm) standard deviation (+ 1.5), and mean calyceal dilatation was (1.7 cm) standard deviation (+ 0.6). The mean split function of the affected kidneys was (33.63%) with standard deviation (+ 11.2). The mean T max of the affected kidneys was (22.63%) with standard deviation (+ 11.2). The mean T ½ of the affected kidneys was (28.8 %) with standard deviation (+ 15.2).
