Abstract
Patients with pelvic cancer may complain of quite severe pain that dramatically affects the life quality of both the patients and their families. Prevalence of cancer pain between 30- 80% with significant increase with advancing stages , pain can stem either from growth of cancer into tissues and bone , spinal cord compression, plexopathies or from therapies used to treat cancer such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy or resection.
