This study deals with spiritual and philosophical orientation in the work of Mohammed Rajab al-Bayoumi. Rajab Bayoumi is one of the multicultural thinkers and has contributed in various fields, including his efforts in the field of language, poetry, literature, eloquence, interpretation and history. The researcher chose to explore his spiritual and philosophical efforts, She did not enjoy her studies. As for the approach adopted in the preparation of the study is the comparative analytical analytical approach whenever possible and for this purpose the researcher to graduate Quranic verses, and the Prophet’s Hadiths mentioned in the study relying on the correct and satisfied with them if the talk exists in them, otherwise I returned to the books of the other year. In order to answer the problem of the study, this thesis was divided into three sections preceded by an introduction followed by a conclusion as follows: The introduction includes: the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, and the problems of the study. The first section : The title of the spiritual formation of Dr. Rajab Bayoumi contains two chapters: Chapter I: The title of the spiritual formation of Dr. Rajab Bayoumi. Chapter II: The philosophical structure of Dr. Rajab Bayoumi. The second section: The title of the Sufi curve in the work of Rajab Bayoumi. The third section: The title of the philosophical curve in the work of Rajab Bayoumi and contains three chapters : Chapter I: The title of philosophical thought in the works of Rajab Bayoumi. Chapter II: The role of biome in responding to the suspicions of philosophers. The third chapter : The Bayoumi curve in highlighting the philosophical figures.The conclusion was summarized by the most important findings of the study.
