The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of an environment based on interactive Google applications to develop the e-governance skills of middle school principals in Kuwait. To achieve this goal, the researcher sought to answer the main question:” What is the effectiveness of a training environment based on Google Interactive applications to develop e-governance skills among middle school principals?” The following questions arise from the main question:1. What e-governance skills should be available to raise the performance of middle school principals in Kuwait?2. What are the educational design standards for the e-training environment based on Google interactive applications to develop e-governance skills among middle school principals in Kuwait?3. What is the proposed educational design for the e-training environment based on Google interactive applications to develop the e-governance skills of middle school principals in Kuwait?4. What is the effectiveness of an online training environment based on Google Interactive applications to develop the cognitive aspects associated with e-governance skills among middle school principals in Kuwait?5.What is the effectiveness of an interactive e-learning environment based on Google Interactive applications to develop the performance aspects associated with the e-governance skills of middle school principals in Kuwait? The sample consisted of (30) director and assistant director of experimental group (30) director and assistant director. The research tools used in the test of achievement And a note card as two search tools. Research hypotheses1.There is a statistically significant difference at (0.01) between the mean scores of the research sample in the pre- and post- measurements in the achievement test of the cognitive aspects related to e-governance.2.There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the research sample in the pre- and post- measurement in the observation card for the aspects related to e-governance.
