Abstract The aim of the study was to assess,design,implement and evaluate the out come of instruction guideline for promotion and prevention of oral health problem in secondary schoolstudents in Gaza Strip.Research design:Aquasi-experimental research design was utilize.Setings: the study were conducted at (5) governmental secondary school belonging to GazaStrip Subjects:404 secondary school student male and female had oral health problem was selected by multi stage stratified random sample.Tool for data collection: structured questionnaire was used for data collection pre and post intervention of the instruction guideline.Result: The Study concluded that there was highly statistically significant differences pre to post implementation of instruction guideline inrelation to all oral health problems inform of dental caries, gingivitis, malloclusion and discolorartion. Conclusion: the instruction guideline play an important role in prevention and management of oral problem among the secondary schoolaged studentsin Gaza Strip. Recommendation: The study recommended for application the oral instruction guideline for prevention oral health problems among children to have accurate and adequate information to upgrade qualitative knowledge and practice toward oral health and its appropriate management.
