Abstract
It is well-known that the limitation of mobile screen size makes browsing unresponsive webpages boring. This boring browsing phenomenon may cause the users to discard these webpages which could contain important information that the users may seek to have them into their environments. Although, some search engines give guidelines rules for mobile optimization to the web designers where all webpages must be compliant with their rules, there still appear some webpages that do not obey these guidelines rules. Due to this unresponsive process, the search engines that give the guidelines rules for mobile viewing optimization may reduce the ranking of these unresponsive webpages. This ranking reduction process may cause these unresponsive websites to lose their publicity regardless their vital and important contents.
