Abstract

The main goal of endometritis treatment is to remove the bacterial abuse and harmful to the womb and restore healing and health of the lining of the uterus quickly and completely before breeding. This can be achieved with a combination of mechanical cleansing by irrigation of the uterus and uterine stimulant use (ecbolics) and killing bacteria with the appropriate antibiotics. It must be preceded by pumping antibiotics through irrigation uterus because of secretions in the uterine cavity may halt or dilute antibiotic infused into the semi-therapeutic concentration, so the aims of this study was to:
1. Examine and study of endometritis occurring between mares in some different stud farms in (Egypt and Kuwait).
2. Investigate the causes of endometritis by different diagnostic methods.
3. Use different treatment of mares systems suffer from repeat breeder with or without endometritis.
4. Evaluate of reproductive efficiency after treatment in mares suffering from repeat breeder with or without endometritis.
