Abstract
The experimental work was carried out in a potato chips factory at Minoufiya governorate, Egypt, during 2014 to 2016. The potato chips production line consists of many stages such as (receiving, sorting,washing, peeling, slicing and frying processes).The experiments were evaluated to improve the performance of potato chips production line and determined the optimum parameters and conditions for operating the production line under different parameters.
