The attention of human developing became the main concerning in the last time at the workers in field of development, as it is the final aim for any economic and social progress, where all advanced and developing countries seeking to achieved.
The stage of secondary school considers one of the important stages in student life because of its nature of age where they live, it is the stage of adolescence and its affects on the personality of the teenager and his interaction with others.
And because the Egyptian society is suffering from stress and shocks, specially student who lives in an environment full of tension and anxiety, therefore, he is very need to therapeutic or guidance psychological programs, to helps him to reduce the problems he facing, and training of learning skills in order to decrease the anxiety, and increase the motivation of achievement and using more techniques for helping the students to get ride of the negative thoughts and believes, and replace it with positive and better thoughts, through an experimental trying to reach to the best programs of training students on such these skills of learning and studying, that may lead to not only increasing the motivation of achieving, but also to improve the academic performance and reducing the level of anxiety and better calling of information.
