The economic development analysis in glabal market lead to great competition between organizations for survival and the success is main strategic objective for these organization. Then according to this truth, the investment in human resource is important part of the institutions strategies to can compete.this investment appeat in talent management, when look at past 90th organizations we found talent was pleming between organizations in developed countries, organizations try to recuit candidalestions try hard to retain talented employee(Siam,2013). talent management is the best practicas which consider as advantages of organizations becamse it works on attracting and retauining talents and developing the employee performance it they found talented employee and manage it by seuituble way in the departments of organize advantage for these organization (Sweem,2009). Also, organizations care of tation so it consider as competitivhe intangible capabilities to achieve competitive advantage like arganization knowledge which is very difficult to imitate (Whelan &Carcary, 2011). Organization knowledge is consider as strategic asset and it is more important then tangible assets of organization Now, the power of the organization is mesure by awned knowledge and this truth researchers give more caring to knowledge management and use it in sowing organization problems and increase its competitive advantages ( Sadik,2006). And to gain these competitive advantage they should main soure like knowledge application and use it in knowledge employee development and organizing (Jasinkas et al.,2015).Knowledge management is aprocess of creating knowledge, reyestring and class, fying then applying, to strength innovation and learning in organization (Hall,2005).the researcher in this study determine the effect of talent management on competitive advantage when mediate knowledge management .the preliminary review shows there not a study that studied these variables(talent management, knowledge management, competitive advantage) together empirical internet services companies in Egypt.
