Abstract Continuing education for academic staff and industrial courses is very important, especially in the field of computer applications which are widely used and vastly grown. Traditional face-to-face course instructions and time scheduling for courses in a certain place are very difficult especially for the university staff and professors due to their heavy duties. Moreover, the swift growing of online learning has directed the development of faculty evaluation toward the unique demands of the online classroom. With a foundation in the best practices of online learning, adapted to meet the dynamics of a growing online program, the Online Instructor Evaluation System can be adopted to serve the two phases of learning and evaluation. Beyond its critical role to instructor retention, program assessment, and accreditation, the evaluation system indicates the University’s commitment to ongoing professional development. Therefore, an instructional content of courses can be delivered through secure Web pages developed for evaluation and qualification test. In thesis work, an electronic Online Instructor Evaluation System has been introduced based on instructional options and applied to Kirkuk university academic staff to inspire reflection , growth and professional development. The method uses the computer qualification courses as an illustration,the proposed model leeds to saving time of collage .Educationel staff, it helps collage staff member to take the courses at any time and any where,in case the trainer has any problems in enderstanding. The course he/she can easily reapte the course ,when needed the model provides the trainer with additional courses which are easentil for the current course. |
