Abstract

Today`s educational organizations are compelled to deliver quality service to their customers to survive in increasingly competitive educational markets. The interest in the quality of the educational services provided by academic institutions has grown considerably over the last decade. Institutions are striving to provide and place great emphasis on meeting students` expectations and needs in order to be identified with institutional quality, develop and maintain their reputation. Since, educational managers are challenged to create and sustain internal systems and control to assure their quality-focused strategies are being implemented in their faculties.
Any attempts to measure institutional quality in general terms should take into account all consumers` perspectives. Consumers are the most significant ones. They provide constructive judgment and deciding if the quality needs more evaluation. The expectations of administrative and nursing educators are valuable like students and graduates expectations of institutional quality. Assessing students` satisfaction with the institutional quality of their faculty is significant in order to judge whether they had what they expected. In addition, creating meaningful changes in universities, needs that educational leaders should attempt` to analyze and interpret various opinions of the nursing educators to improve the needed dimensions of educational quality.
