Saber Abdel Fattah Abdel-Hamid 2000.109)
The problem of the study:
It is then determined the current study, the problem of how linguistic communication skills development among children with Down syndrome by setting mentoring program prisoners to enrich crop linguistic their children and help them to achieve greater growth nonself and the alleviation of mental disability and its negative effects and create conditions in order to gain a certain level of vocabulary so I tried the current study to answer the following main question:
What is the effectiveness of prisoners mentoring program in the development of some linguistic communication skills of children with Down syndrome?
The ramifications of this question, the following questions:
1) Are there differences between the children of the experimental group that received the program, their families and the control group in the telemetric linguistic skills to communicate?
2) Are there differences between the two measurements pre and post linguistic skills to communicate with the children of the experimental group that received the program and their families?
3) Are there differences between the two measurements and post test iterative linguistic skills to communicate with the children of the experimental group that received the program and their families?

The present study aims to: verification of the effectiveness of prisoners mentoring program in the development of linguistic communication skills, especially the skills of listening and speaking with children with Down syndrome and to identify the survival impact of the program extension prisoners.
Importance of the study:
1) theoretical importance of the study:
Derive any study of its importance because it is based on several axes, namely:
1- how vital topic or phenomenon you are dealing with.
2- humanitarian slide that carried out the study.
3- Add a new study to various studies on the subject of children with Down syndrome.
4- Can the current study is a contribution in the field of the development of linguistic communication skills, especially in the field of special needs and the current study what is only the embodiment of these themes in terms of dealing with one of the important research topics and important segment of society, namely the children with Down syndrome, so the point of throw in theory enrich research in this area.

Importance of the study due to:
1- The development of language skills and improve the linguistic performance in children with Down syndrome may lead to the evolution of the level of social maturity they even contribute to integrate them with members of the community is easy.

4- reaching recommendations and proposals for educational and guidance to take advantage in the field of training and education of children with Down syndrome and in light of the outcome of the study results.
5- As this study is a major benefit for both deal with them from parents and professionals must when dealing or communicate with them to be aware of the linguistic problems which they suffer.
6- Indicative Programme to provide prisoners as a model from which to set up similar programs to train and instruct children with Down syndrome to acquire many different skills by professionals in this field.
The curriculum:
The study aims to develop some linguistic communication skills, especially the skills of listening and speaking, I have children with Down syndrome, and in light of this objective researcher used the quasi-experimental research in dealing with variables.
The study sample:
• First, a sample of children: consisted total study sample of 20 children from children living with ”Down” and aged (10-13 years) were selected from the school of thought in Fayoum and range of their wits between ratios (50-70) almost .
• Second, a sample of parents: The sample of parents of children with Down syndrome (20) who have agreed to participate in the counseling program and ranged in age from 30-50 years.
Tools of the study:
The study included a number of tools used, and can be divided into two categories:
(A) adjust the sample variables tools:
1- Stanford Binet Intelligence Scale for measuring the Stanford Binet (preparation Mohamed Abdel Salam Ahmed, Luis full Malika, 1995).
2- Scale estimate the socio-economic level of the Egyptian family (Amendment Abdul Aziz person, second edition, 1996).
(B) Data collection tools:
1- The scale of linguistic communication skills of children with symptoms of ”Down”. (Researcher)

The limits of the study:
The present study identified that address the subject of his study, where revolves around a linguistic point of concern for the development of language and communication skills through the preparation of prisoners mentoring program helps in the development of linguistic communication skills of children with Down syndrome, are as follows:
• Human border of the program: the program was implemented on a group of parents of children with Down syndrome in Fayoum intellectual school of (10) and fathers (10) mothers.

The duration of 45 minutes.
Statistical methods used in the study:
Researcher relied on statistical method that is appropriate to the nature of the current study and the size of the basic variables used in the current study sample statistical treatment of the following:
1- The test was used Mann-Whitney Mann - whitney to calculate the significance differences between the averages are not linked.
2- The test was used researcher Wilcoxon test and Wilcoxon Test Allabaramitri to calculate the significance associated with the differences between the averages.
Results of the study:
After processing the data appropriate statistical methods results of the study showed the following:
• The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of children arranged clusters experimental and the control of linguistic communication skills for the benefit of members of the experimental group after the application of the counseling program.
• The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of children arranged the experimental group before and after the application of the program extension of linguistic communication skills for post-application.
• There is no statistically significant differences between the averages order degrees children in the experimental group posttest and iterative testing of linguistic communication skills.
