Abstract
The objective of this study was to assess the importance of IL-7RA mRNA gene expression level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in Egyptian MS patients to MS susceptibility, pathogenesis and relate this to different disease subtypes. Secondly, we studied the relevance of this gene mRNA expression level on disease course (measured by clinical and imaging outcome parameters).
