We ate in this search the subject of human rights guarantees the prisoner during the enforcement of penalties, we have realized through the pages of this research, the degree of importance given to this subject, to the detriment of the rights and freedoms of the prisoner. And noted that the question of the rights of prisoners during the implementation of the Penal taken on international dimensions, and to defend the matters of concern to the General Assembly to consider the issue of concern to the international community. The search through the preliminary an anthology entitled what the stage of enforcement of penalties, two Chapter, the first entitled the right of detainees to the forms in the implementation and the complaints, and the second entitled the right of detainees to litigation and the role of the police in the protection of the rights of a prisoner during the enforcement of penalties.
