This message entitled: ” Contemporary Islamic Thought at Garaudy
Analytical and Critical Study ” presented by researcher : Saleh Makhlouf
Ibrahim Ali, a master’s degree in Islamic Philosophy.
This message came in an introduction and five chapters and a conclusion, and
the number of pages, 333 pages, while the introduction: he said the
importance of the subject and the reasons for his choice, and the questions and
problems of the research, and previous studies, and systematic in this research,
and the first chapters of research opened the first chapter titled: ” please
Garaudy and formative years, ”dealt with the birth and upbringing, and writings
of scientific and scholarly about it, and the times and the environment in which
he lived Garaudy, and transformations Streptococcus.
The second chapter entitled: ”The ideas and opinions please Garaudy
philosophical and rhetorical” and mentioned Garaudy vision of divinity, and the
theory of knowledge, and his vision for the world, as well as his vision of the
human being.
The third chapter came under the title: ”ideas and opinions please Garaudy in
ethics and mysticism,” which dealt with Garaudy vision of morality and ethics
related to technological development and technical, as well as his vision of
mysticism.
The fourth chapter entitled: ”Please Garaudy’s efforts in the Islamic
civilization,” has dealt with the stages of the Islamic civilization, and to see her
Garaudy, as well as his vision of the phenomenon of extremism in Islam, and
the rise of Islam, and the universality of Islam.
The fifth chapter titled ”Orientalism dialogue status in the thought please
Garaudy,” the principle of dialogue addressed when Garaudy, and the dialogue
of civilizations and its scope, objectives and its obstacles, has been touched on
the philosophy of Orientalism and its definition, and the position of Garaudy of
Orientalism, also showed his vision of Tasbat Salafist, as well as his vision of the
Arab open Spain.
The conclusion: they included the most important recommendations and
findings through my thought please Garaudy.
