The message title (the explaining manuscript to Alshabrakhitti on the brief of Khalil from the first chapter: renting animals to the unit of gift to Burhanelddin Ibn Marie Ibn attiya Alshabrakhitti in 1106 Ah study and investigation.) The message included an introduction and two parts and a conclusion. The introduction included thanking and gratitude then I talked about the importance of jurisprudence science and the honour to work in it. And so what’s the meaning of study and investigation and its importance. Then I’ll talk about the reasons for choosing this matter and the method which I followed in investigation. And so, the description of the manuscript copy and the work plan of the research.
The first section: it’s the part of study and it includes two units:
The first unit: it’s introducing of Elsheikh khalil Ibn Ishaq Elgendi and it includes two chapters:
The first chapter: His life and death. It includes three sections:
i. His name, his birth and his teachers.
ii. His scientific position, his jobs and his disciples.
iii. His writings, his death and the praise of scientists.
The second chapter: his brief of jurisprudence. It includes three sections:
i. The meaning of his brief and its relative to the author.
ii. The method and the sources of the author and the copies of the brief.
iii. The most important explaining books or writing on the brief.
The second unit: it’s introducing of the explainer Elsheikh Ibrahim Ibn Marie Alshabrakhitti. it includes two chapters:
The first chapter: His life and death. It has four sections.
i. His name, his birth.
ii. His scientific position, his jobs and his companions.
iii. His writings, his death and the scientists praise on him.
iv. The age of Elsheikh Ibrahim Ibn Marie Alshabrakhitti.
The second chapter: his explaining on the brief. It includes two sections:
i. The title of the book, the author of the book, its stages of writing and the importance of Elmalki jurisprudence.
ii. The method of author, hi sources and the comments on it.
The second section: of massage is the real one: it contains the investigated next and it has a chapter and three units:
i. Chapter is in the explain of judgements in renting animals, bathroom, the house and the land. And so the difference of renters.
